Richard Case, Chairman


Richard is a seasoned businessman with global experience in large and small businesses. He has lived in the UK, Switzerland, the USA and Germany and worked in many countries around the world.

Richard has a strong track record in sales, marketing and general management, working for several multinational public companies before taking a senior executive role with global responsibilities at Caterpillar Inc.

After leaving Caterpillar, Richard wanted to use his energies to help smaller businesses grow. He became a significant investor in OCM Wealth Management Ltd where he has served as a Board Director since 2013. In 2016 he became the Chairman and a major shareholder in Callan Method Group Limited.

Richard holds a BSC in Chemical Engineering from Exeter University, an MBA from London Business School and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.



Carol Dukes, Chief Executive


Carol’s career in media and publishing has spanned the television, magazines, exhibitions, newspaper and music publishing sectors. She has extensive experience in digital media and ecommerce.

Having worked through the eighties in the emerging satellite and cable TV industry, Carol studied for an MBA at London Business School. After time as a management consultant she joined EMAP where, as one of the early pioneers of the Internet industry, she became head of digital media. She has worked both for large corporates (EMAP, Trinity Mirror Newspapers, Fremantle Media, Carlton Communications, Boosey & Hawkes) and early stage start-ups. Following the delivery of various digital projects at Callan including the development of the CSPA interactive platform, she was responsible for developing and launching Callan Online.

Carol holds a BA in PPE from Oxford University, an MBA from London Business School and a BSC in Molecular Science from the Open University.



Steve Winetroube, Finance Director


Steve is a highly experienced Finance Director. After qualifying he spent 14 years in the Kingfisher Group working in electrical retailer Comet and car parts retailer Charlie Browns Autocentres. This was followed by roles in smaller companies, gaining experience in online start-ups (ThinkNatural) and fast growing companies (Faith Shoes and 99p Stores). He then moved into the media sector with Metrodome Group plc a UK film distributor where he not only gained experience in the requirements of the AIM market but also the management of IP rights.

The online retail and IP rights management experience are combined in Steve’s current role of Group CFO of the Callan Group. Steve’s broad experience covers fund raising, acquisitions, disposals, VC invested businesses as well as financial and management accounting.

Steve holds a BA from Newcastle University and is a FCA of the Institute of Chartered Accountants England & Wales.



Brigitta Case, Non-Executive Director


Brigitta studied medicine at Sheffield University.  As part of her training she worked in Kenya. She worked as a full-time General Practitioner in Sheffield before relocating to Northamptonshire. 

 While working as a GP in Sheffield she took a 6 month sabbatical, largely spent working with a conservation organisation carrying out marine biology research in a remote corner of Indonesia. 

Following time living in in the USA and Germany, Brigitta returned to the UK in 2011. She now manages property development and property renovation projects in addition to several non-executive director roles.
